Hello to anyone who wants to see the Good News of Christ, really be Good news!

The journey of The Point is to Serve has been a joyful trek in which we have been refreshed by God’s goodness.  We have seen our small efforts be multiplied to  bring joy and hope to people we have served.  Genesis 12 tell of the story of God’s relationship with Abraham.  The progression of the story is that God would bless Abraham, then though Abraham the world would be blessed.  As a congregation God has blessed us in unique and crazy ways.  Would you believe one of God’s blessings to us was 20,000 labs of ham and bacon?  It has been a joyous journey being externally focused with that and other blessings that God has surprised us with.

We have found the paradox to be true that serving and sacrifice is a source of spiritual transformation and joy.  We welcome anyone to join us on this experience of enjoying in new and fresh way the good news of God’s God News.
